Over 30 mins in waiting room after appointment start time, with no patient movement. Never told me I needed to go get Xray before appointment until I walked in the door and checked in. Reception provides no update on the delay. Horrible service
Have been seeing Dr. Fodero here for about two months now for a broken tibia. Office staff have been very helpful to me, even going as far as finding a brace for me on Amazon because my insurance was going to make me pay $700 (yes you read that correctly) for it. Dr. Fodero is very kind and helpful, answers all my questions, and is accessible via their web portal for further questions. Only downside for me is the drive but I would definitely recommend their personnel!
Very respectful employees who want to help you get back to feeling better. Two visits in but the staff has been exceptional! Great facility to go to when in need of physical therapy!!
