worst care ever, doesn't follow up after emergencies, doesn't take concerns seriously. over medicating without proper diagnosis, refused referral to specialist, wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!
VERY caring. Fast emergency appointments. Dr. Cimato and staff are wonderful. I truly believe they saved my father's life.
I had times after check in not called back. At times sitting waiting for a Dr. or nurse practitioner not coming in, sitting too long . Tired of waiting, walked out. I had my pharmacist had trouble calling my Dr.s office to get my prescriptions filled. Sending me bills instead of sending to ins., reasons are bogus. I went in to get warfarin check, nurse did not know anything about me and wrote the wrong name on my paper. Scary. I feel they get me mixed up with someone else .

This was a mistake. I wanted a specific doctor and not only was she non existent but when she was requested to call and make an appt, she brushed it off like a complaint. I never complained, they called me to see why I left after waiting in a room for 1 hour and 10 Minutes... alone Take a half day of work to sit and wait for a 10 minute visit is ridiculous.
Got a voicemail confirming my 9:20 appt. Arrived at 9:10. Sat in lobby until 9:50. Got up and asked about being seen. Was told then that my appt was at 9:40 and how it was only 9:50. 10:20 was finally called in. Yes 1 hour 10 minute wait in the lobby!!! Finally saw a doctor at 10:35 who was not prepared whatsoever and kept asking m.y name! Thought she was being funny when I told her I needed to get to my new job on time replying with "tell them I am a doctor and that is why you will be late *giggle giggle*" I ultimately left... read more
