Chris Eubanks is very responsive to communication, regardless of the time or day. We were able to find a home in one day thanks to his assistance. He is knowledgeable about the market and the community. He was helpful but not pushy. He was able to recommend service providers who met our needs (only when we asked). We are never moving again :) If we do, we'll work with Chris again.

Chris was wonderful to work with! He went above the call of duty on several occasions while working on selling our house. He was supposed to take pictures of our house the day before Father's Day but our across the street neighbors suffered a terrible tragedy so we called him to see if we could postpone the pictures. He told us to take care of our neighbors and we would get the pictures later. He sacrificed part of his Father's Day to come and take the pictures.
