Stephanie, Millie, and the others are helpful and knowledgeable. She showed me a lot of homes, and never lost patience. Stephanie was quick to point out any perks or pitfalls of any homes she showed us, such as new or damaged roofing, or foundation issues. I'm really lucky to have met them.
Chris and Jonathan helped me thru the process of selling my first home. From start to finish, if I had a question it was answered in a timely manner. Chris made recommendations to make my home more desirable to buyers and Jonathan got me thru all the dreaded paperwork. When I am able to buy another home, these are the guys who I will be calling!!
I had never sold a home before so the thought was pretty daunting. Chris helped me every step of the way. He explained what I could do to make the house more presentable. Chris and Jonathan answered all my questions regarding paperwork for the closing process. I would definitely recommend Chris and his team!!!
Chris managed the sale of our highly desired piece of land, on a very busy street, with ease. We went through multiple offers and contracts to purchase, and he saw it all the way through to the end, even after "starting over" with the sales process, on a few occasions, due to Buyer delays. Chris always kept our best interest 1st!
Our agent was Millie. She went well beyond the expectation and was available any time. She was very knowledgeable of the area and met our needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home in Norman.
Pros: Property was a residential house with land. I had the house and land split then rezoned land as commercial. UB Home aided with their best effort, the team is very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to resolve issues and find the right answer promptly. I really enjoyed the real time email updates and potential buyer feedback. That alone kept the home selling experience a lot more transparent than previous agents. Overall, very pleased. Didn't realize how stressful selling a house can be but Chris was fantastic through the whole process. Issues with closing due to the buyer but Chris had our backs and kept the situation stress free.
