Chris was a professional and an expert in every way. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and concerns about making our purchase. Fortunately, Chris answered them all and always kept us informed about where we were in the process. From start to finish, Chris handled everything as well as we could have hoped.
They handled everything on both the sale and the purchase of my new house. It would have been a bad experience without Millie. She was the best real-estate agent I have had and this is my third experience. She had to argue and help out on both appraisals. The house I purchased she had to deal with a difficult agent and builder. The UB home team dealt with everything, they took care of getting the people needed for repairs, had the best inspector I have ever met. He found everything. I can't say enough good things about UB Home Team! As a first time home-buyer they made the process easy to understand and way less stressful than I imagined it could be.
