My delivery team was AMAZING!!! The p.p staff was good on day 1 and 2. Going forward that weekend it was the worst experience I have ever had. Everyone acted uneducated. They did not do my birth certificate like they were supposed to, a photographer never came to take my daughter pictures, I did not get her foot and hand prints, they were rude in the middle of the night very inconsiderate of myself and the baby. The Staff that came in to deliver the Beautiful Baby of Ferlandria Pope. On January 12th at 11:24pm was very professional and attended. GREAT JOB!!!
My daughter was stillborn because the MFMs at UAB were inexperienced in treating isoimmunization and didn't refer me to doctors who could have saved my daughter. A simple ten minute ultrasound could have possibly saved her life but they refused to do the mca scan when I asked them to on several occasions. By the time they finally agreed to do the ultrasound (when I said I wasn't leaving my appointment without one) it was too late to save her. I have been treated so nice since I've been here which has been greatly needed losing a child is never easy to do whether they've touched this earth or not. I am happy to say the entire staff has been attentive and supportive of my every need they've even kept me laughing and in high spirits and I am so grateful! Thanks
