I went to the Women's Center for a mammogram. 3 weeks later I received a telephone call because they could not get my records from my previous doctor. Today I received an automated message telling me that I had visits (multiple) scheduled for May---. First of all no automated system should EVER call to tell you where you need to be. I have been trying to cancel my mammogram appointment for the last hour and no one is answering the phone! I've tried 2 different numbers and can't get through on either line. I'm sick and now I'm sicker trying to get someone to answer the phone. The UAB Connect operators aren't any better. They cut you off while you're still speaking. This is why I only have 1 doctor at UAB. I mademy appointment at Kirklin Clinic because it's just closer to my home. This is terrible! I guess I'm just not going. I'm not responsible for this.

Had an appointment with the Radiology Clinic. Worst experience ever!!! I’m always on time for any appointments that I make because I respect people’s time, therefore I am totally disappointed because my appointment was scheduled for 8:40 a.m and it’s now 10:30 and I’m still waiting. Not one single individual has had the courtesy to inform me of the doctor running behind or even a simple apology.
