UAB is an awesome hospital! They have taken care of my family in several different ways. First, my father had an infected stint removed off of his aorta in his back, therefore saving his life by their out standing care. My 31 year old daughter had breast cancer and is a survivor today because of the state of the art cancer program there. My mother had Dementia while having surgery for a broken jaw. This is Kimberly Johnson on my son's FB & I've LOVED the University of Alabama E V E R since I HAD TO GO & meet w/Tracy Taylor & have Dr. Mark Harrigan remove a 3cm meningioma from the left parietal lobe of my brain in 8/2008!!!!!! So, I'm planning on attending there the next time a semester starts!!!!!!!
