Today is as the first time I’ve had a not so good experience dealing with this location in my opinion the nurse who responded to me on the phone has a horrible attitude when you try to explain to her what you are calling for I don’t really understand why people work in places like this if they cant cut off their outside of work behavior and remain professional understanding and respectful to patients I really like my doctor and before I leave and find another I will send letters to the board of nursing about how I felt and f... read more
The entire team is truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard, respected, and cared for. Dr. Bushey took the time to listen to my concerns, explain things thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion set him apart from previous providers. I left the office not only with answers, but also with peace of mind knowing I was in the best hands. Highly recommend!
Please have mercy , Lord God, in Jesus' Name, for these medical practitioners. I am not able to, with a clear conscience, even suggest anyone go here for diagnoses or care. Two stars were given because they were kind and the place is clean.
I like my doctor (who moved to this location) and everyone else here has been kind and professional. But please please PLEASE talk to the people at the front desk about speaking a little louder. I'm not deaf, but I genuinely can't hear a word several of them say because they speak so softly and there is other noise in the lobby (which is a bit sterile and echoes a lot). In December, I made an appointment with this clinic for March 10. On March 4, I received a message that I would need to reschedule. The next available date was in June, which is unacceptable. I cannot talk directly with the clinic to get any information. When I call I am referred to the UAB central number, where an employee can't make any decisions, just does what the computer says. I am so fed up with this bureaucracy. I can't get past their "system" to communicate with anyone at the actual practice. Since they canceled my ... read more
