Clean, respectful, polite.
I will NEVER go back to this practice. My doctor that was formerly there retired. I had to wait one year to see his replacement. Once I saw his replacement, he refused to fill maintenance meds that I had been on for over a decade. I had to start going to a specialist for those meds. I have Insulin-Resistance and the former doctor had me on an injectable medication that was life-changing. I have begged Dr. Bushey to put me back on this med. The doctor was awesome- attentive and easy to talk to. The nurse who took my blood sample, however busted up my arm something terrible. Very painful and I'm still severely bruised a week later.
Today is as the first time I’ve had a not so good experience dealing with this location in my opinion the nurse who responded to me on the phone has a horrible attitude when you try to explain to her what you are calling for I don’t really understand why people work in places like this if they cant cut off their outside of work behavior and remain professional understanding and respectful to patients I really like my doctor and before I leave and find another I will send letters to the board of nursing about how I felt and f... read more
