Front desk unattended. Staff not punctual on calling patients back. Appointment was scheduled at 8:00am finally called back after going to desk at 8:37 am called back at at 8:45 am. Put in room, covered black sweats with white lite blanket, which I took off. It's exactly 9:00 am now, no IV in room alone. To be continued.
I came here today for a Gastric Emptying Study. The test lasted about 4 hours. The staff were very helpful. There is free parking in the parking garage of you are seeing nuclear medicine. All of the staff were great.
They gave me 3 different addresses for parking. I am NOT SURE WHERE TO GO.
