Due to the fact that I’m not able to walk long distances, RN A.Exum came from the clinic to escort me to the clinic (after escort failed to show after waiting for an hour) and she escorted me back to the entrance after my appointment!! She was extremely patient and caring! She would be an excellent nurse who could other staff how to treat patients!! Camisha Green was also nice, friendly and caring during my visit! Giving this a 2 purely because I respect the actual doctor/practitioner I see at this place. Low rating is entirely based on how horrible the people over the phone handle prescriptions and communication. Getting refills from Sparks is like pulling teeth, every single time. At the moment, I have been off of two different medicines for over two weeks now. I have called Sparks three times with no one answering the phone and I have left messages. I have even gone into the office in person to request refills on my prescriptions, ... read more
