Straight up, I am still getting bills from this facility even though my insurance co-pay was $60. I think I paid over $1500 in surprise bills for my wife and I including a doctors bill and a separate hospital facility bill. And then we found out they did not bill our insurance. So we called the customer service number and they said they would investigate this and resubmit it. In the meantime, they sent our bills to collections. I have been visiting for a year I found out I had aleopica, I have received steroids shots in scalp, oral medications, and compound creams I used twice a day for almost eight months. The aleopica got worse, the last white doc I saw was very rude and sarcastic towards me, basically telling my hair will fall out anyway.
