the floor that service the VA is slow & unprofessional. Appointment are almost never on time even if the place is almost empty.
RecommendedThe staff, doctor & intern was very nice & knowledgeable. The exam was quick & easy. The only thing is the glasses at their eyewear dept. are too expensive even with a discount coupon, $700-800 for my prescription. The parking was $3.00 for a little over an hour & that was with a discounted voucher. When you are having to use Charity Care, you just can't afford that. I am blessed that the exam was covered with a $35 co-pay. Thank you. It would just be nice if CC would pay for the lens & let the patient pay for the frames or ... read more

RecommendedI've been going here for a long time and they usually do my stuff right but I showne up for 9:00 appointment and still haven't been called by and it 9:08!!! like ffs the desk people need to have better communication with the nurse in the back ffs :/
