Stephanie is great! We spoke over the phone she told me about a special they have going on, then realized the special was over but worked her magic and honored the rate. I rented the storage unit from September to December 15, I called Stephanie to let her know I was out. Since I paid through the end of January 2026. She did not want to refund the rest of the time because she it was given to me at a discounted rate. Stephanie is the sweetest but I do not agree with that decision. A great Storage facility and very secure , and the price is great , I live in the flour bluff area 26.5 miles away but it's still worth it keeps my things and prize positions safely secured behind a security gate and cameras that run 24-7s
Stephanie was so great and made sure to answer all my questions. She is really great and gave me a piece of mind that my stuff will be protected and secure. Thank you so much for all the help.
