Love the storage and washdown here, great for boats. Now the reason for 1 star. I was on a waiting list for a closed unit and the on site manager calls me to tell me its ready after waiting over a year. I call back to secure it and he says he has to check with owner because he has been known to give a unit to someone else. That was a few weeks ago.
