Thank you to your service department for taking care of my parents today. They had a appointment and had to sit there bc they live too far away to leave the car. Dad said Ryan was very helpful in getting them in and out with there recall on their equinox.
My husband had his 2016 Chevrolet serviced today. He had several issues such a a leaking oil pan plus to much slack in the steering wheel. We estimated that the truck would have to stay over night. Our service technician Ryan Reeves, was able to complete all the job in a timely manner and was able to pick up the truck that same afternoon. Now my family doesn't have to be inconvenienced at all! Thanks for a job well done! Great customer service at UJ Chevrolet.

Thank you Ryan, I was in in the process of moving to Mobile from Kentucky and my truck started giving me trouble, so Ryan had a tow truck come get my truck. He even stayed late to get my truck back to me on that Saturday. Thank you Ryan, I think I have found my new dealer for any other problems if I have any.
