U-J made my car shopping experience easy and fun! Dennis my salesman was very helpful and accommodating! Luckily U-J had just the Tahoe I wanted, but Dennis told me if I didn't find what I was looking for he would not stop until he found it for me. We went by one more time to look and Dennis was not in, so David stepped in and helped us too! Both men were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend shopping for your next car at U-J Chevrolet!
Great place to buy a car, after spending 4plus hours at another Mobile dealership feeling defeated we called UJ and told them what we were looking for , they told us a ball park figure over the phone , within one hour we had two vehicles at the prices we wanted with no haggle or back and forth like all other dealers put you through! I just purchased my brand new 2018 Chevy Traverse yesterday from the amazing staff at U-J Chevrolet. Car shopping with a toddler is NEVER easy, yet the staff was so polite and kind toward my son and I. My salesman, Paul Maye, was incredible! We dont usually enjoy shopping for vehicles however our experience with Lila and Warren was exceptional. They went above and beyond the usual help and service. We were very pleased with this purchase.
First time buying a vehicle and I bought it used. I got a 2013 Silverado at a great price! Great people over there at the used section of the place! The person I got his name is Victor Williams and he is great he is very nice and talked to us the whole time and made the time fly by while we were waiting! Definitely would come back and buy a car from here again.
