Ben Pointer at U. J. is the best salesman I have ever done business with. we have now used Ben repeatedly and always a pleasure. The finance guy was also great (sorry I can't remember his name but he was very nice and got us out fast. The whole dealership was very classy and friendly and accommodating. I went to UJ to purchase an affordable used car for my daughter. I had such a great experience I went back a couple days later and purchased a car for myself as well. Thank you Jody Frost for 2 great car buying experiences. I will be giving Jody a call first whenever I need a reliable and well priced vehicle for the family.
Worst customer service. They kept my car for a week even though it was drivable. There are many other reputable dealerships in Mobile that won't lie to you or try to intimidate women like this one did!

I recommend to friends,family,or anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle to look no further than U-J Chevrolet. I recently purchase a brand new vehicle there. Kelly was excellent and to the point with all of the in and outs with me so that I could be in my new car and home for dinner.
