RecommendedFrank Adkinson greeted us when we arrived. Escorted us all over the lot to look at the inventory. Worked for hours assisting us to get our new car. RecommendedI was at UJ Chevrolet today and we got there around 7 o’clock before they opened to look at a truck and Big Ben pointer was there to help me out and the service was awesome and we ended walking out with a new truck. I completely recommend this dealership over any other in mobile Alabama
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! The service department is absolutely horrendous. They will tear up your vehicle without any care or concern. The little "manager", Brian is rude and unprofessional. He DEFINITELY needs to be in a profession that does NOT include the word service. He has no idea how to deal with people, and is only concerned with covering his own behind.

They could be more respectful to thier customers and treat you the same in the parts department/service as they do in the front when you are purchasing a new vehicle.
Making customers pay for penalties at DMV for their lack of work in sending registration papers, titles and lying salesman, unconcerned and rude business office employees!!!
RecommendedWe bought a Silverado High Country and a Traverse Red Line. Dennis Bridges was our salesman. He took the time with both of us to go through each feature and button on both vehicles. He wasn't pushy I would definitely recommend him. no other car salesman I've dealt with has ever been so thorough in making sure I understand everything and making sure that we were happy.
