I bought my Chevy Cruze from Pete at UJ! He made my 2nd purchase at this dealership wonderful! However, after having my vehicle serviced for the last time there, my lug nut Key went missing! So 1 year later here I am with a flat tire and it’s MY fault the key is missing! They put the lock back on my spare and sent me on my way with no key! Oh but there’s more! “Hey you can pay for labor and a new lug nut and we can take it off for you!” So basically pay for someone else’s mistake?! No thank you! All employees are so nice, and easy to make a deal
Customer service just like everywhere else is now a thing of the past. Their service department is a joke had several issues they will not address even after buying the best warranty they offer. The truck left me on the side of the road before it’s first oil change due to motor oil consumption and dealership and gm refuse to fix it or even address it was told to just just keep putting oil in it Also truck was taking for alignment and is actually worse than it was when I brought it in but they say it was aligned this is also ... read more
