Went there with my 2015 Chevy truck just out of bumper to bumper warranty. Had a bad injector with only 38000 miles on truck . Was told that Chevy would not help and it would be $1000 to fix it . After going to another dealership (BAY Chevrolet) props !!! They worked with me and Chevrolet to get most of the cost taking care of !! Not a fan of UJ Chevy !!

I got to drive home in a 2018 premier Impala tonight thanks to the hard work of Walter, Stefanie, & my salesman Ben Pointer. It took some time but they were able to get things where they needed to be, they didn't give up. I'm very excited about my new purchase! Our car wouldn’t start at the pumpkin patch today and Don personally came out of his way to come help us. He ordered a tow company to come pick up our car and have it delivered to UJ Chevrolet so they could fix it. He even gave us a ride to get another car. What great service and such nice people!!
