I ordered a truck with a dolly to move three large appliances. When I arrived I was advised there was no dolly. The guy was so apathetic it was disgusting. He was definitely more interested in his text than helping customers. They had dollies in the store. He did not offer one nor did he agree to allow me to use one. No one enjoys moving huge appliance with bare hands. This guy did not offer any suggestions, nor did he try to find a dolly anywhere. There are other locations I would use in the future if needed.
