Darrin-Owner/Manager refused to honor my reservation and shut the door in my face, location did not even have the truck I had reserved on the lot, manager very rude and refused to help. Zero customer service skills
What U-haul said they would do, they did. It went perfect.
Had a hitch installed on my 2025 Outback.. my experience was great. Installation time was short and warranty was explained to me very well.
My hitch was not installed. I scheduled an appointment online and the store called and told me that time was not available. Why force me to schedule online if the times are completely bogus?
Hitch not installed due to misinformation from staff at this U-Haul.
