I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. David called me the night before, gave me some info and answered all of my questions. The morning of the installation, he greeted me as I approached. He was very cordial and informative. He gave me light wiring options with recommendation as to which would be better for MI winters. Jodie made me feel comfortable offering me coffee, tea and snacks. She made the wait time seem shorter. Thank you for choosing the best people for the job.
The experience was pretty painless. Sandy and her crew were very accommodating and the lounge area was a clean place to wait for the hitch to be installed. The proximty to the nearby restaurant is a real benefit.
