I recently looked on line for Uhaul vans for sale, then went to a local dealer to confirm they had vans for sale. The website was identical to what I had found on line. I went to the *********** area ************. location after driving 3 hours to view what appeared to be vehicles in good condition. I was surprised to find all of the vehicles i saw on line were in horrible and undrivable shape. The vehicles were scavenged for parts, tires flat, none ran. absolutely atrocious customer service. Truly unsurpassed in treating customers like garbage. Getting someone on the phone is impossible. The website is redundant asking you to fill in the same information over and over again. I sent an email, got a response that someone would call me. Nobody did. Called back to speak with someone at the number given. After having my time wasted with their automated system which has no options for what I was calling about I finally get someone on the phone who tells me they can't help me and ... read more

U-Haul has refused to honor their Buy Back Guarantee. U-Haul store staff was threatening, rude, and intimidating forcing me out of the store while refusing to provide a refund despite providing them with my order number, receipt, and identification. Customer support and store manager have all refused to help or provide a refund. U-Haul is now in possession of my boxes since they were left on site as I had to leave the store promptly when they forced me to leave. U-Haul refuses to provide a refund. My fianc and I rented a 26 ft uhaul request storage the phone rep told us multiple times the first month will be free. That was not the case upon our arrival coming from Washington to ******* we were told we were not able to get the storage unit free of course we called corporate only to get the run around they promoted false advertisement at our expense there is no where on your website or the contract that states if the facility is at 90% capacity you will not honor the promotion I will never use uhaul services again worst... read more

I was disrespected by a manger at the location at ******************* this incident occurred at approximately 930 am I called at 845am to see if their was any available u-haul trucks available and I was hung up on 4 times and I had to get up off my couch and drive all the way to the u-haul place just to get helped which I should not had to do when I arrive I was approached by the manger saying he was going to help me but when I expressed my concern he began to yell and scream at me and said his staff wasnt in the wrong for h... read more

Horrible phone app!!! It was very user unfriendly and could not upload information and photos it requested. Then I went to the chat feature and instead of addressing my issue, they just sent me a ******* link to show me what I had already done. This happened both while trying to pick up my truck in PA and when I tried to drop off the truck in OH. The app is designed poorly, did not work correctly and the service was abysmal. Horrible, awful app!!!

first of all I think that this paticular location *****, only because of the costomerer srvc, I hate being racial profiled, lied to and bamboozeld for a couple of extra bucks, I first went to this location, rented a pickup truck, my spirit already did not feel the vibe, they had to use there phone to scan and take a picture of my ID, there wrere hidden charges that were not explained, the truck was nasty, here it starts, the truck was two notches from being empty, the lady told me that it was a quarter of an tank almost half... read more

This location let individuals open up storage units in my name. They allowed a woman who used my ID card to open a unit with my information that had been stolen. When I went to their store, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. On more then one occurrence, he spoke very inappropriately to the employees and blamed them for the fraudulent account being made.
