I have used this Uhaul location vor over forty years. However, I made Hitch and Electrical Harness purchase through Uhaul.com.After waiting 3 week for the install appointment, the day of the install, and when we got onsite, I was told the Electrical Harness was not onsite. They said they would order the Electrical Harness from **** and have it the next day. Two week later Uhaul does not have the harness, and has not followed up with the install or even keeping additional appointments.*******************

Reserved a 20 foot truck and car transport to go from ********** ******* to ********. I made the reservation 3 weeks in advance. I had called into the ********** ******* Uhaul to make the reservation which I believe they gave me to the reservation department. I was given the confirmation number and was told I would receive a call, text, or email with where I would need to pick the truck up from a couple days before my reservation. I reserved a 26' foot truck on March 22, 2022 for a one-way move occurring on May 5 (Over six weeks in advance). There was no indication that there was any issue with the Pick Up, Drop Off or truck selection when making the reservation.On May 4th, two days before picking up the truck, I was notified that there are no more 26' foot trucks. Anywhere. I was have to take a 20' Tuck and a 6' x 12' trailer. Fine. I made a reservation to rent a car hauler more than a month in advance. They made the reservation with me, took my credit card information, sent me a confirmation email, along with an email instructing me to do an online check in to make the process go faster, which I did. I called to confirm my reservation about 9 days prior to scheduled pick up and was assured everything was fine. When making a reservation for a tow dolly I was told they only use the credit card to hold and I would be able to pay cash when picking up tow dolly. This was not the case. Had to take cash load it onto card then come back to pay. Once we got tow dolly hooked up we did light check and the left side lights did not work. Employee said all we have to do is bang the side a couple of times and they would come on. I am disabled. I have a tracheotomy and require the use of a power wheelchair. I recently purchased a new car and needed a receiver hitch installed to carry my wheelchair. Obviously, because this car doesn't yet have a hitch, I had to leave my wheelchair at home today.I called Uhaul almost two weeks ago and scheduled the hitch installation. I made a reservation for a moving truck one month out from moving, and they called me the day before saying that they had nothing for me and that the closest location for an available one was a 1-hour drive away. After calling other companies last minute, I've had no luck and have nothing but a tiny family trailer to use. I now have to make multiple trips to my new home, which is a 40-min drive away from where I currently live.

The brakes on a U-Haul truck apparently failed and it rolled across the street, hitting our legally parked and unoccupied car as well as a car parked behind ours. The person who had rented the truck contacted U-Hauls insurance company, RepWest. The RepWest representative told us to get an estimate for repair of our car and send it to him, which we promptly did. Absolute worst service I have ever received period. I booked a 15 U-Haul on March 5, 2022 to be picked up on April 30, 2022. I had been sent a confirmation email from U-Haul confirming all my pick up and drop off details. Pick up April 30, 2022 at 8:30am in ****** Drop off May 1, 2022 at 8:30am in Fergus I received a text message on April 26, 2022 asking me to complete my check in to get the truck.
