I got Hitch and wiring installed and this is how bad it is. No response from the manager at ******* yet.1. I told them on phone this is 2014 SQ5 yet they ordered a hitch for 2013 and screwed it up.2. ********* said he has to drill holes in the hitch to install, I check online this is 100% wrong.
