Uhaul booked my reservation incorrectly so I cant use them. I booked in May for Aug and now I cant use them. Poor business

Uhaul changed my preferred pickup location straight after I payed for my vehicle.. i called them to ask why ! As I went through the process I.e picked my preferred location, picked the vehicle? Selected the pick up date, etc and nothing was obvious or indicated to the **** that my preferred vehicle was no longer available at the location I chose.
