U-Haul didn't tell me about the alternate date of Father's Day, but they also interrupted me consistently on the phone and didn't care at all that U-Haul's phone has a glitch and I was unable to reach the hitch dept to see if the parts were in (they weren't, which is fine). Absolutely terrible phone service. Also, my hitch quote was raised when it was emailed after securing the price on the phone. I just cancelled the whole thing and will be finding a company that treats its customers with decency.
Scheduled a hitch installation online. Received an email two days later indicating my hitch was not in stock and someone would reach out to me when it arrived. Received a call a few days later with an install date a week later than the one I scheduled online. When I expressed this to the installation location, they said that the online scheduling system is not real - they just pick random dates online and you set it up later. Very strange.

I ordered this hitch over the phone through the Charlottetown PE location and they sent to Halifax instead and I have yet to receive it. When the mistake was pointed out i was supposed to get a call back and to this day nobody has contacted me with an install date. The service is terrible in the store. I had to borrow a vehicle from friends to move my trailer. When this arrives I would surely hope that I get a discount!
