Rude people, Uninformative, and rip people off. Rented a vehicle had to take it back in less than ten minutes (three miles) and was still charged for a full day.
It was good when i first got my unit probably about a year ago. Then it changed to new management and they told me they had to start charging for 24 hour access. I talked with the lady who was the manager and she corrected the issue since i was there before it all started changing to uhaul. I would have gave the service back then 5 stars. Now that it changed management again I've had 2 major issues. This time they say i don't have 24 hour access. Even though I've had it from day one.
