So upset! I will say that the overall customer service was friendly and personable, and my experience when picking up the truck was great. Gave me a .20 cent a mile discount for being a student. However, my experience with the actual truck and my return experience were not. It was 94 degrees the day of my move and I was given a truck with a broken air conditioner.
