Piss poor attitude by chick from New York. Rented cargo van online when I showed up in the morning to pick up the van the lady was very irritated saying they don't like to rent the van for several days because people don't bring it back. Because somebody was paying for this rental other than me and I didn't have their credit card I left that day without a vehicle and had to scramble to find a ride
The ladies are absolutely wonderful at U-Haul! The service is above and beyond what I imagined it would be; thank you for such a great experience! U-Haul will be recommended to anyone I speak with about storage!
