Great place for storage units and moving trucks.
Natalie at this Uhaul location saved us! We picked up our 4 x 8 trailer, on a tight schedule to be on the road for our house closing in Ontario. When a wire in our car proved to be damaged - so the brake lights on the trailer didn't work - Natalie went above and beyond (at no extra charge) to put our car up on the lift and fix it herself. THANK YOU. It isn't the first time we worked with this location and have always had a good experience, but this level of care was outstanding. A++
I was really disappointed that after reserving a truck for pick up on Green St (an easy place for me to get to), my confirmation call said I now had to pick up in Bayer's Lake. That required taking a bus and then a $20 taxi ride, not to mention taking far longer than the original travelling time would have from North End Halifax to South End Halifax. BUT Kevin Joshua was great to deal with - friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic to the extra hassle and he got us on the road as quickly as possible.
The staff is exceptional and the service is consistently impressive. The facility is always clean and reliable, and I have not encountered any problems during my visits. Keep up the great work!
