I came with a worker helping me to move-in from the rented truck to the rented storage unit. When I was in the unit, the guy, without my notice head to the truck, grabbed the keys and handed them over to the office 30 minutes before the return time. The front desk customer service was unprofessional enough to check me out without verifying the person ID, knowing that his name isn't registered in the system at all, and I was still supposed to check out with my debit card for any eligible refunds.
