We made a reservation for to- go boxes a month ago. Today was moving day and when we arrived they told us all bixes where gone. So...its first come first serve...so why have a reservation process? Anyway...staff didnt seem to care very much. We had to drive to another location and get others. Poor customer service and communication.

I’m a plumber here in Halifax and had all my company tools and material in my apartment. The 10x15x10 drive up is a dream to just pull up too and unload the whole back of my truck with ease. The buying process was completely contactless which is amazing 🤩 any time of day you need a storage you just pay and they send you a code and locker number and bam free pick and key inside and your ready to go. I want storage for an atv that wil be my next U-Haul purchase
