Was not aware they do not prorate and after more than a year of paying them for storage we went to get our things 6 days into the month. When I called to ask about the prorate and refund I was rudely told they do not prorate anything. If this is in their contract it would be lost somewhere in tiny print as we didn’t see it and no one, in over a year of business together, never mentioned it until the day we checked out.
