Sabrina, the gal managing the place was doing it all, including propane fills. She was quick, and kind, and pleasant as heck. To the owners... good catch of an employee.

This was the most simplistic process of obtaining a self storage unit. The owner is extremely skilled, knowledgeable and caring/friendly of the customer’s needs and experience with the facility. One pleased customer

Was not aware they do not prorate and after more than a year of paying them for storage we went to get our things 6 days into the month. When I called to ask about the prorate and refund I was rudely told they do not prorate anything. If this is in their contract it would be lost somewhere in tiny print as we didn’t see it and no one, in over a year of business together, never mentioned it until the day we checked out. I will not use them again, especially since other storage facilities DO prorate and are upfront verbally ab... read more
