I was provided a Dodge van that had no windshield washer fluid. When I asked about it, I was told none was available. The windshield was already coated in salt at pickup and became progressively worse during my use. In winter conditions, failing to provide washer fluid is a legitimate safety concern, given how quickly road salt accumulates and obstructs visibility.
