This was by far my best ER experience and I am extremely and forever grateful to Ellis, Jeb and Dr. Walters who immediately made me feel safe and in good hands. I was immediately taken into a treatment room due to my critical condition (severe allergic reaction with difficulty breathing). They listened to me and provided me with the required care, quickly relieving my symptoms and condition. They were attentive, highly professional and competent as well as friendly. I was seen very quickly by registration and the doctor. I was treated professionally and given appropriate wound care and prescriptions. I appreciate how quickly I was on my way home.
