I took my son here this morning for a head injury and walked right in. There was a free valet to park our car and we were seen immediately. Every single interaction we had with the nurses, radiology staff, and the doctor was nothing short of exceptional. It’s a new, clean facility with modern technology and fast lab results. I was seen on 11/29/25 by Dr. Kruse and his team after being in severe pain for about a week. He performed a small procedure on my injury, and I felt instant relief. He was compassionate and explained everything step by step. I was seen within three minutes of arriving and was out in under two hours. I highly recommend this emergency room to anyone who needs care.

My experience was great. I was seen very quickly and listened to patiently by the team. Dr. Patel was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, clear and helpful. Kelsey was an absolute dream -- professional, experienced, efficient and kind.

One stars for short waiting time and hygeine. My experience at this emergency department on November 28 was disappointing from the start. 🏥As I was being walked from the visitors’ glass door into the hallway, while the door was still closing behind me, the nurse asked, “So what brought you in today?” This was said in an open area before I was taken to a private room.
