Great people, fast working and know what they're doing. I came in at 2 in the morning and they started helping me immediately.
The staff were wonderful. I didn't have to wait. The staff were professional and friendly.
Everything went well overall. The only thing we noticed was that there was supposed to be someone at the front when we arrived, but no one was there at that moment. Thankfully, a staff member from inside quickly came out and took care of our patient. We really appreciate the support — please keep up the good work.
This was by far my best ER experience and I am extremely and forever grateful to Ellis, Jeb and Dr. Walters who immediately made me feel safe and in good hands. I was immediately taken into a treatment room due to my critical condition (severe allergic reaction with difficulty breathing).
