I will NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone!! Not even my worst enemy!! First off I went there looking for a vehicle about two weeks before Christmas and they said I was qualified for a 2014 Nissan Rogue. I waited all day there from 9am-3pm doing paperwork. Tynan’s , from the moment we walked through the door treated us like people, not a number but family! They were so kind, generous and just down- right honest! These people took the best care of our family and our needs. We were a family of 3, looking to upgrade to something a little bigger than the sedan we had! We bought our used 2008 GMC Acadia from Tynan's. We had an excellent, no rush, pressure-free buying experience. I would gladly do it again when we are ready to buy again. From figuring out what we wanted to financing it was all very pleasant. Our salesman Tom Lotz was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He helped with our kids while we worked with finance and took time out of his day to help us try to figure out the DVD player and a few other little things. Tynans is absolutely the best! Can't say enough good things about them, they take care of you like family every time you are there. We will go back to them for vehicles in the future and will only use them for service and maintenance. I had a horrible migraine one day and was trying to compose myself to go inside to check my car in for an oil change and Arnie came out to my vehicle to assist me, then went back inside to get me tissues for my ugly crying fit I had prior to arriving. lol! Doesn't get much better than that �

Tynan's has the worst customer service. Multiple times we've been told, "someone will call you back," or "I will call you back," with absolutely no response! We've been hugely disappointed in our used car from Tynan's and the terrible service. We will never recommend this dealership & will make it very know how awful it is.
" I have hated dealerships all my life UNTIL I met Mr Tynan and started to work with this dealership. They are the very best I have ever experienced. I told my kids about them and they have purchased two cars from them. I purchased my new car last October. Ryan in service is the BEST service person I have ever worked with and because of the great service, honesty and integrity I have experienced I will purchase all my future cars there, even if I move. I will fly back just to buy a car from them. "
