I came into the office with a shoulder dislocation. The doctor was very rushed and spent less than 2 minutes in the room with me. He did not answer any of my questions and just clicked through the xray and declared I would probably need surgery. He did not exam me or look at the x ray in any detail. He then ordered an MRI. I know people who have had knee replacement surgery with Dr Marshall and they were very pleased with the results. However, when he told me I needed total knee replacement on both knees I was 64 at the time and knew if I could hold out for one more year I would be on Medicare and my out of pocket cost would be much lower. So I told him we had to make these knees last another year. RecommendedMarshall did shoulder reconstruction for me one year ago. The results are wonderful...new person. I followed his guidelines as well as Brett's and their physical therapy group. Excellent experience with all. Office staff was courteous, thorough and handled everything in a timely manner. Highly recommend 👍🏻
I believe Dr. Marshall is a knowledgable doctor. However, he has rushed through each of my visits without letting me explain the history of my problem and past procedures already tried, listening to my concerns, and explaining the solutions he recommends. I felt completely unheard, and I left the office feeling confused about his goals for me.
Dr Marshall and Brett have been great. I had my surgery on Jan 12 on my labrum and bicep and the surgery went great , actually better than I expected. Brett has called or replied to me every time I needed him to. Dr Marshall is a confident surgeon and his only concern from day one was getting me better. He answered all my questions and was very positive on the outcome of the surgery.
