Our AC was working sporadically. It was a difficult problem to diagnose, since it was usually working when they were here. We had 3 different people come out for 6 visits, paid over $1000 and the problem never got resolved. They did replace a capacitor and thought it had fixed it. After they did service, another issue presented itself (fan on unit stayed on unless we shut off the circuit breaker). I recently had my oil heating system converted to natural gas and this company did a fantastic job. What impressed me was how they operate their business in such an efficient manner; everything went exactly as they described. The office seems to have a process that they must strictly follow because there wasn't a pause or delay with all of my phone calls and/or questions.
