Starting from a free consultation, the sales person was very knowledgeable and listened to my questions and concerns. We put together a plan that worked for me and the total price was excellent. Contacted Tyler when looking for a new HVAC company. Jenn K. in the office is a fantastic communicator. The customer service has been responsive and thoughtful these past few months. Though there were some problems initially setting up the appt. and getting the needed parts our 20+ yo A/C motor was eventually replaced and has worked fine all summer. This afternoon the alarm for the AC water pan went off. I called Tyler, because they had installed our system several years ago. A technician was at my door within a half hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem (just condensation), and told me how to fix it myself next time. He was so polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend Tyler.

Called on a Saturday and they were able to come out first thing Monday morning, which is great. The technician, Chris, was very friendly and honest. He resolved our issue quickly and educated me in the process. Request Chris if you want an honest, experienced technician (and not a salesman like some other companies).

I was in quite a jam with my business heating system. The unit had started leaking water after just being serviced by another local company. I called them to come out asap because we were having a large catered dinner that night and potentially had to cancel if this couldn't get resolved. Thank you to everyone at Tyler who installed our new gas heating system today. Everything went great and the guys even went above and beyond cleaning up some oil that had spilled awhile ago in the basement. I Highly Recommend them!
This company is one of the most disorganized companies I've even done business with. They quoted a job then proceeded to tell me they couldn't do the job they are a joke!
