Great company! Started using them a few years back when my central air died, we just got home from the hospital with our second born child to a 90 degree plus house and every company that came through were booked out. These guys made it happen pretty much over night even though they were pretty booked themselves. They did a real neat and professional job! Had a crisis in the middle of a brutal cold spell- Tyler Air was at my house within hours and bent over backwards to help me find the best solution. By the next DAY my new system was installed- quality, professional work, fair pricing, great follow through. Can’t say enough!!!
The staff at Tyler Heating are my heroes. Our boiler stopped working on October 7th. The gas company took 6 weeks to run pipes from the street to the house. Once the lines were in it took Tyler Heating no time to install a new boiler, remove the old boiler, remove the oil tank and have us up and running. There are no words that describe how grateful I am for Tyler Heating.
Terrible customer service! Been having problems with our furnace (brand new and installed by Tyler just over a year ago) for over a month now. Have paid $200 for an after hour diagnostic visit without a diagnosis. Had to send out another tech to diagnosis 2 days later and he was still not 100% positive he knew the problem. Said that Tyler possibly installed the wrong motor for our furnace!!! Yet, we are responsible for paying for the service to have a new motor put in???!!! These guys are unfreaking believeable. I called them for a service call and they nearly burnt my house down. They bypass the safety feature of the furnace and furnace catches fires. It send black smoke into the house and destroyes my second floor. Smell of smoke and burnt ceilings. Service tech calls his supervisor and he comes and does a dignostic. Assuming here they are trying to pass the liability on who started the fire. Which they did..,, saying claim damages through the home insurance. To add insult to injury they give... read more
