It's hard to describe all the ways Tyler helped me navigate a sale process from hell, but suffice to say I could not have done it without him. He knew how to put together smart comps, cut through the bullshit of appraised vs market value, and ultimately, pitch a very difficult-to-sell property successfully. He was easy to reach, always knowledgeable, and so patient with circumstances that previously led two other real estate agents to bail. I will always be grateful for kind professionalism during this time, and will absolut... read more

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyler twice now, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He is professional, attentive, incredibly communicative, and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Both times we worked together, he helped me navigate the process confidently and, most importantly, I was able to purchase both properties under asking price. His knowledge, negotiation skills, and attention to detail made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Tyler to anyone looking for an excellent realtor in the ... read more

Tyler was outstanding! Our only previous house buying experience was 30 years ago, so we needed a lot of help with the process. Tyler is patient and knowledgeable, and he calmly guided us through all the steps of the process. He was always available and quickly responded to our questions. And he's simply a nice person and a pleasure to work with. We looked at quite a few properties, and with Tyler's guidance we ended up with a great fit for our interests and needs that was within our budget. We very highly recommend Tyler!

If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in your success, I can’t recommend Tyler enough. Selling our condo in Logan Circle came with its share of challenges, especially in an uncertain housing market, but Tyler guided us through every step with professionalism and confidence. He was always quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track. When a few tricky issues came up, Tyler tackled ... read more
