I have been using Tyent ionizers for about 5 years. I love the alkaline water that it provides me. I start every single morning with a giant glass. Last year, I upgraded to the ACE 11, and I love the way it tastes and feels, compared to the alkaline water I buy at my local shop in Venice beach. Tyent USA have been extremely helpful and professional. The company allowed easy set up financing and auto payments. The price of our unit was a great deal. We have had our unit for almost one year with no problems. We had easy install and access to assistance when we needed it. I researched extensively for the best water ionizer and finally bought one from Tyent in 2014 and I'm still happy that I made the right choice today. I needed to drink more water because of my high uric acid and the Tyent water ionizer made it much easier. In addition to the higher ph level, the water does not give you a bloated feeling, which is great especially when doing exercise. Tyent Water Ionizer is the best unit I had in my house. I own two units from the competition, after three months I started to doubt about the efficacy and the water was tasting wrong. Michelle from Tyent USA has been very professional in explaining assets of Tyent units without bashing the competition. She provided information without any pressure. I recently bought one of their ionizers. After drinking the water every one in my family startef to feel nausea, dizziness, headaches, fatigued, and for me chest pains. The symptoms went away after 2-3 hrs. I'm a medical professional for over 15 yrs and have worked in quality control dealing with recalls. So when I returned the item I told them of the issues. Tyent water ionizers are by far the best on the market. I felt comfortable purchasing their product since they give a life time warranty with it and every time I had questions on install or upkeep their customer service department was very helpful and attentive. As far as quality, design and performance they blow everyone else out of the water (pun intended).

All the sales woman can do name Michelle S******* was badmouth other companies and when she offered me a deal I told her to put on paper she wasn't able to documented the offer by email, instead she kept send me fake reviews of her company and videos etc besides talking bad about other companies.

I have been using a Tyent water ionizer for 10 years and wouldn't be with out it. I don't even trust bottled water anymore. I believe i am healthier because of the filter. thank you.
