I say that because I expect others to do the right thing when it needs to be done. This is far from what I experienced with Tyent. So far I am loving my water machine!!! **** was fabulous during the purchase process and answered all my questions. Even to this day he will answer anything I have! Best product on the market and actually does what is promises. I am in love!
Amazing products. I have bought 2 water ionizers from them. Originally I had a top of the counter machine. It was literally a miracle how the water finally after 35 years of dry mouth, how this helped me immediately. A few years later they made a under the sink model. It is gorgeous! And it even has better water then before. But I can't say more about their customer service. While the company and President ***** excellent customer service (which I did receive from their ********** Im quite disappointed in their lack of response regarding my refund after returning their counter top unit within the trial period. Basically after 2 months, they dont answer calls (your phone number comes up on their screen and they dont answer) nor have they returned numerous emails requesting basic information regarding the processing of my refund (when/if issued, amount and a detailed breakdown of the refund. I'VE HAD A TYENT UNIT FOR AT LEAST 8 - 10 YEARS AND HAD NO PROBLEM DEALING WITH TYENT. EVERYONE THAT I HAD TALKED TO DOING MY PURCHASES (TWO DIFFERENT UNITS) AND SERVICING OF THEIR UNITS WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR FUNCTION. THE TASTE OF THE WATER IS SO GOOD.
