Did this provider answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? No, I wasn't given any helpful advice Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Probably, I wasn't impressed

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. My teeth cleaning felt kind of rushed. I was hoping they would clean them a little better. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively

They didn't give me any sort of oral health techniques that I could do at home to prevent cavities. I asked for some advice, but they couldn't give me any. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable.

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, they didn't even have any magazines to read

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. The fillings and crowns I got only lasted a couple of weeks. They didn't do a very good job putting them on. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Most of the time, they'd refer me to their boss or another staff member.

I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
