Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Yes, other dentists refer to him/her when they need advice Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert!

I have been going to Tyack in Astoria for about 5 years...It always seems like there is an issue with billing....The office manager doesnt really have her act together...she told me I had already been approved to have a crown done, when she actually hadnt even submitted the paper work for the pre-approval...I was not pleased about that at all, because I had already had impressions,Xrays and pictures taken by their office. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time
