Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Not at all. I was extremely bored the entire time Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. The office was easy enough to find.

Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Was this dentist friendly? Yes Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
