I highly recommend Robert and Two Dog Plumbing! First and foremost, the communication was fantastic. Robert kept us informed and he did what he said he was going to do. He was respectful of our home, was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. We live out in Arlington and sometimes it is difficult to get contractors to come out here. Two Dogs didn’t hesitate to get us on their schedule. Our old corroded drain is gone and we have a new shiny fixture

We have had two dogs come out 2x this month for different issues. Both times they were friendly, respectful and solved the issue. Sump pump leaking, they were able to repair pipes and get if fixed for a reasonable price. We had a hot water exhaust issue they offered us some things we could do to address it and didn't charge us for coming out! Thanks Two Dogs

Two thirds of the work they did at my house was excellent. The problem arose re-installing fixtures after a shower remodel. The plumber drilled a hole through the slab in the wrong location. There were a couple ways to remediate the problem. I was assured they would “make it right”. As I was thinking about my best options, Two Dog sent me a full priced bill?! Unfortunately, It took two more trips to get the job done and in the end, I wasn’t completely happy with the results or the service.

I have used Two Dogs for four different plumbing needs in the five years that I have owned my house in The Dalles (a pesky floor drain in my basement, hose bib, and toilet). The house is 100 years old, so there are always challenges that pop up. I have found my experience working with them to be nothing but positive. They are extremely prompt in their responses (they’ve always gotten back to me the day of and almost always came out to address the problem within 48 hours even if it wasn’t an emergency). Great service and reasonable pricing. I have galvanized water lines from the city to my home. Two hose bibs were fed by a leaking old gate valve. I wanted to switch to pex after the shutoff but didn’t want to touch the old leaking valve. Two Dogs sent a knowledgeable plumber that replaced the shutoff with a ball valve and converted to pex so I could replace the hose bibs and remaining galvanized on my own.
