This shop is a joke!! I had already had another customer see these people and had a really bad experience and I didn’t listen to him SMH! They are liars and said they actually looked at my equipment and I found that there were still cob webs and the bolts hadn’t been taken off. They said my gas was 7 years old lol. How do they know how old the gas was? I took my chainsaw in because I couldn’t get it started. When I picked it up the charge was $160.00 labor for what was essentially a carburetor adjustment (no parts), and $20.00 to refill the fuel and chain oil. I was outraged and said so but James told me that he couldn’t do anything about it because it was the “owner” who had done the work and he wasn’t there. Best shop around
Called this business from South Fork and asked if they could look at and potentially repair my portable generator that same day. It would not start. They said yes. Upon arrival I was told to give them 20-30 minutes. When complete I was informed the charge would be: $80 (one hour minimum charge) $50 (rush job because the work was performed same day).
