Night and Day – The service at this restaurant is like night and day.. Durring lunch time the staff is slooooooow and unqualified. It takes way over an hour to finish. The management is nonexistant. I've stopped going for lunch. Apparently they don't care, cause at night they do all the business... It gets bumpin and the trained staff arrives. Great New Bar – I haven't had the food here, but it's nice to see a bar like this pop up in Midtown. It's like any other Buckhead bar with 100% less thugs and drive-bys. Lots of outdoor seating on several different levels and usually a lot of attractive women. Can't dance ... go to Twisted Taco.
Doing the twist! – While certainly not haute cuisine, this place is a good happy hour joint and is great for groups. The service was great, the food decent, the drinks decent. In midtown, it's the only place you can kick back and relax sans trance music and head-to-toe black. Also a good place to watch a game.
Best spot in Midtown for Happy Hour, get there early it fills up fast. I don't eat there often, but the food I have had was good. Lots of good looking people having a good time. Took much of Frontpage News' Happy Hour crowd. Always good tunes as well!
Horrible Service – I went with a big group for appetizers and drinks. The food was okay and drinks were moderately priced, but the service was horrible. We sat upstairs, and unfortunately the only bar in the place is downstairs, so even getting just a bucket of bottled beers took FOREVER. Our server seemed confused with her job and the manager was incredibly rude.
Awesome – I went with a group of college friends last week, and it was an awesome experience. The nachos were much more than I could handle, and they had 99c tacos and cheap buckets of beer. The atmospher were relaxing and fun. A good place for a casual date or a group of friends.
About Time – Finally, a Houston TX type ice house with open windows that open up to the patio. And you can walk to it from many places in midtown. They even put sports on the TV without having an attitude like Gordon Birsch! Great service, cheap and decent tacos, and a laid back crowd. Perfect for a lazy Saturday afternoon.
